You must read and accept them before booking your vacation or or the license you have to travel is the responsibility of the client. Once you make the reservation, the following terms and conditions will take effect.

Travel to Cuba for tourist activities remains prohibited by statute. However, the Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued general licenses for 12 categories of travel. Individuals who meet the regulatory conditions of the general license they seek to travel under do not need to apply for an additional license from OFAC to travel to Cuba. The 12 categories of authorized travel to Cuba are: family visits; official business of the U.S. government, foreign governments, and certain intergovernmental organizations; journalistic activity; professional research and professional meetings; educational activities; religious activities; public performances, clinics, workshops, athletic and other competitions, and exhibitions; support for the Cuban people; humanitarian projects; activities of private foundations or research or educational institutes; exportation, importation, or transmission of information or informational materials; and certain authorized export transactions.

In accordance with the National Security Presidential Memorandum on Strengthening the Policy of the United States Toward Cuba of June 2017, the State Department also publishes a list of entities and subentities that are under the control of, or act for or on behalf of, the Cuban military, intelligence, or security services or personnel and with which direct financial transactions would disproportionately benefit the Cuban military, intelligence, or security services or personnel at the expense of the Cuban people or private enterprise in Cuba – the State Department’s List of Restricted Entities and Subentities Associated with Cuba (“Cuba Restricted List”). Persons subject to U.S. jurisdiction will now be prohibited from engaging in certain direct financial transactions with entities and subentities identified by the State Department on the Cuba Restricted List. Certain transactions will be excluded from this prohibition pursuant to exceptions detailed in the NSPM.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”FINAL PAYMENT” tab_id=”1693858373154-d1e2cf0a-15a1″][vc_column_text]Payment for your reservation must be made before the date indicated in the confirmation email sent by ALL TRAVEL USA.
If payments are not received within the specified period, ALL TRAVEL USA reserves the right to cancel your reservation and apply the applicable penalties.
Some reservations need deposits in advance and in the majority it is only to wait CONFIRMATION

In the event that ALL TRAVEL USA reduces prices, the revised rates will only be valid for new reservations.
